MVH Construction Inc. was originally established in 2008 as a sole proprietorship by founder and operator Mark Van Herk. A graduate of the Construction Engineering Technology – Supervisor program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, Mark brings both technical expertise and a deep connection to the local community, having grown up on a farrow-to-finish farm in Brunner, near Milverton.

Prior to founding the company, Mark gained extensive hands-on experience in various sectors of the construction industry, including farming infrastructure, barn and bridge building, framing, and masonry. This diverse background laid a solid foundation for the launch and growth of MVH Construction.

In April 2011, the business was incorporated and now operates as MVH Construction Inc. Today, the company maintains a lean and highly skilled team of approximately three employees, with Mark actively involved on-site to ensure quality and efficiency in every project.
